Terms and Conditions | Our standard terms and conditions
Basic Conditions
- No consequential damages will be taken into account with any offer made.
- We cannot be held responsible for any delays with orders due to any reason whatsoever.
- Our premises has a security system installed and is linked to an armed response company, and we take the greatest care to secure our premises, we cannot be held responsible whatsoever for any loss / damage of your goods while on our premises.
- From time to time, our terms & conditions may change or be added. This will be detailed in our quote and or updated on the website.
- Once the item is installed, we cannot accept returns.
- All prices exclude VAT @ 14%.
Orders
- All orders are to be faxed, filling in an official order form at our offices or sent via e-mail.
- No verbal orders will be accepted.
- No work will be carried out without an official order and deposits paid and cleared funds reflect in our account.
- Powder coat finishing will either be black or red. Please specify when placing the order.
- Customs powder coated colours are available and will be quoted on request.
Deliveries
- All quotes "ex-works", Alberton and it is assumed you will collect your order from our premises.
- Delivery costs for the account of the customer.
- Please note that we do not insure goods while in transit. Should you require us to deliver / collect your order, please arrange your own insurance.
Payment
- Secure-A-Box™ is a division of Engraveit cc.
- All prices ex-works, Alberton.
- Unless prior arrangements have been made, all work is strictly COD.
- We require 60% deposit with official order. Balance of payment strictly COD.
- All goods remain the property of Engraveit cc until fully paid for.
- All deposits to be paid prior to any work commences.
Should you be paying by schedules or direct deposit, please note that we will only release goods once cheque has been cleared. Please fax / e-mail through confirmation of deposit. - Should you be paying by electronic bank transfer, please note that we will only release goods once transfer has reflected in our account. Please fax / e-mail through confirmation of deposit.
- We have credit card facilities, however, all transactions must be done in person at our offices during normal working hours.
- Prices valid for 15 days unless otherwise quoted.
- Should you fail to make full payment on the due date, you will be charged interest at prime plus 10%.
- You are liable for all costs related arising from your failure to comply with any terms & conditions that have been stipulated on this page.
Installation
- You must make sure you have the correct authority / or permission to drill the holes prior to installation.
- Check wall and floors have no pipes, electrical cables or other items you may possibly drill through or into.
- The instructions are guidelines only.
- When installing the Secure-A-Box™, obey all laws and regulations.
- Only 4 x 8mm raw bolts are supplied per box.
- We do not carry any duplicate or master keys, please keep them in a safe place.
- Do not leave keys in the lock.
- Any reproduction in whole or in part of the Secure-A-Box™ is strictly prohibited.
- The manufacturer does not accept any damages, including consequential, lost profits, lost equipment, special, indirect or incidental damages.
